Job summary

Headway ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina for a part-time or full-time, on-site/hybrid position. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, oversee ABA therapy implementation, and train staff while collaborating with families to enhance outcomes.

This role requires active BCBA certification, state licensure, and experience with FBAs and progress analysis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and active licensure in NC.
• Experience conducting FBAs and assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS/AFLS).
• Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians.
• Strong data-driven treatment planning and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA therapy implementation and staff training.
• Collaborate with families for education and progress updates.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance.
