Qualifications
- Unrestricted APN license in NJ with at least 1 year clinical experience.
- Current DEA/CDS license.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
- Computer literacy and EMR proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and complete detailed patient assessment and physical exams.
- Perform wellness exams and sick visits.
- Evaluate and manage common and chronic diseases.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic and lab results.
- Refer and collaborate with other providers.
- Prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies.
