Job summary

Apploi is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a Visiting Physician Practice in New Jersey. The role involves performing detailed patient assessments, wellness and sick visits, and management of common and chronic diseases, with diagnostic and lab result interpretation.

Travel within the region is required and collaboration with other providers is essential. Qualifications include an unrestricted NJ APN license with at least 1 year of clinical experience, current DEA/CDS, and EMR

Advanced Nurse Practitioner needed for Visiting Physician Practice

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate and complete detailed patient assessment & physical exams
• Wellness exams and sick visits
• Evaluate and manage common and acute chronic diseases
• Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic and lab results
• Refer and collaborate with other providers
• Prescribing pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer literate & EMR Proficiency; Experience with Athena a plus
• Unrestricted APN license in the State of NJ with at least 1 year clinical experience
• Current DEA/CDS
• Willingness and ability to work independently
• Personable, passionate and energetic
• Ability to travel within the region
• Previous experience with Medicare eligible patients a plus.
• Bi-lingual a plus
