Clare Medical of New Jersey in Atlantic County is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a Visiting Physician Practice. The role involves detailed patient assessments, wellness and sick visits, and management of common and chronic diseases, with travel within the region.

You will perform exams, order and interpret diagnostics, collaborate with other providers, and prescribe therapies. A stimulating environment with growth opportunities and support from a medical director is offered.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted APN license in NJ with at least 1 year clinical experience.
• Current DEA/CDS credential.
• Willingness and ability to work independently.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Ability to travel within the region.

Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic and lab results

Refer and collaborate with other providers

Prescribing pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies

REQUIREMENTS:

Computer literate & EMR Proficiency

Unrestricted APN license in the State of NJ with at least 1 year clinical experience

Current DEA/CDS

Willingness and ability to work independently

Personable, passionate and energetic

Ability to travel within the region

Previous experience with Medicare eligible patients a plus.

Bi-lingual a plus
