You will work under supervision to help families achieve goals, document visits, and coordinate with county workers to ensure program success.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, families and staff.
• Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure activities align with Catholic Charities' mission, vision and values.
• Provide feedback and support to clients and act as an advocate.
• Develop goals based on referral data for families.
• Record detailed notes from visits between parents and children.
• Ensure DCFS Visit Log is completed for all visits.
