Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client service in office or field.
• Coordinate services and monitor progress with supervisor.
• Advocate on behalf of clients and develop community supports.
• Prepare case recordings, reports and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend team meetings and review treatment plans with supervisor.
