Responsibilities include weekly supervision, staff referrals, accompanying staff to meetings and court hearings, and ensuring timely documentation. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in child welfare or related services.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required clearances and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual supervision to staff, including case reviews and performance feedback
• Assign referrals in accordance with program standards
• Accompany staff to meetings, home visits, and court hearings as needed
• Ensure quality, compliance, and timely documentation
• Transport clients using a personal vehicle, as needed
