Job summary

The Town of Camp Verde seeks a collaborative and experienced Town Manager to lead municipal operations and advance the community’s priorities.

Reporting to the Town Council, the Manager oversees budgeting, financial administration, public safety, infrastructure, and economic development; builds strong partnerships with departments, businesses, and residents; and ensures transparent, accountable government while guiding sustainable growth and responsible resource management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, finance, or a closely related field.
• Master's degree in public administration, business administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and financial management of town operations.
• Lead and develop the executive team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Engage with residents, businesses, and partners to promote transparency and economic vitality.
• Guide major community projects, infrastructure, and service delivery to reflect Town goals.
