Town of Clarksville seeks an outgoing, creative Town Manager to guide a historic community through its next chapter. The role requires visionary, collaborative leadership and expertise in municipal finance, operations, and strategic planning within a partisan Council environment.

The Town Manager reports to the Town Council, directs day‑to‑day operations, and works to align policy actions with financial and service outcomes for Clarksville’s residents.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Urban Affairs, or related field with municipal government, management, finance, or business administration experience.
• At least five years as a City or Town Manager or Assistant Manager with demonstrated competency in public-sector operations and services.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Ability to establish residency within Clarksville’s boundaries within six months of appointment and maintain domicile throughout employment.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Indiana driver’s license.
