What You’ll Do

The President will oversee the full operations of FMW, including manufacturing, importing, distribution, and strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a hands‑on, forward‑thinking leader who can drive both long‑term strategy and daily operational execution.

What You’ll Lead

• Company‑wide strategy, new markets, and growth initiatives
• Manufacturing excellence across weaving, finishing, and quality operations
• Importing, supply chain, and distribution efficiency and compliance
• Organizational financial performance and KPI achievement
• Executive leadership, culture development, and workforce initiatives
• Key partnerships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and regulators

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required. Master’s degree is preferred
• 10+ years of senior leadership in manufacturing (textiles strongly preferred)
• Proven success driving operational performance and business growth
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage complex operations
• Highly effective communicator and negotiator, adept at building strong relationships
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and industry compliance standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience preferred
