Job summary

Filinvest Group seeks a Technical Design Management Head - Hospitality to lead architectural, interior, MEPS, landscape and related design trades from concept to completion. You will guide design teams, ensure budget and timelines alignment, and drive sustainable, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in design management within property development, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of design management experience in property development with a strong portfolio.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Understanding of building regulations, codes and design standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in sustainable design practices and certifications (LEED, BREEAM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural, interior, MEPS, landscape, and related design trades from concept to completion.
• Oversee design process to ensure innovation, functionality, and sustainability.
• Manage design team performance, budgets, and KPI attainment.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors, and clients to meet requirements.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Integrate MEPS and structural elements without compromising aesthetics.
