Job summary

Curve Hospitality is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead FF&E design for hospitality projects, coordinating with architects, consultants and vendors. You will drive specifications, budgets, and schedules while mentoring junior staff and ensuring design excellence for hotel brands.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong Autocad, Revit, SketchUp and FF&E software skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as Interior Designer or Project Designer in hospitality or related sectors.
• Experience with FF&E specifications and installations in hospitality projects.
• Ability to coordinate submittals, budgets and project timelines.
• Strong client presentation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct FF&E process including specifications, budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate coordination with consultants and vendors during construction.
• Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Review submittals and manage project schedules and resources.
