Job summary

Fairmont Century Plaza seeks a visionary Director of Spa to own the end-to-end spa experience. You will shape the treatment menu, build an inspired team of therapists, and grow the spa into a destination in its own right.

You will lead all spa operations, curate guest experiences with locally inspired treatments, and drive the business through budgeting, scheduling and vendor partnerships. A proven luxury spa leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years managing a full-service luxury resort spa, or 1+ year as a senior leader in luxury spa plus 7 years of hospitality and wellness experience.
• Expertise in developing spa treatment and fitness concepts across massage, skin care, makeup, hydrotherapy and thalassotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Lead all spa, fitness and wellness operations, including staff, therapists and contractors.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop managers and colleagues; build a team with clear expertise and care.
• Design and deliver ongoing training to keep teams current on techniques and standards.
• Own the spa budget, revenue forecasts and labor planning; optimize schedules.
