- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required for four-year campuses; Associate’s for two-year campuses.
Responsibilities
- Pursue vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship, individually and in community.
- Develop self-leadership with self-awareness, self-management, and resiliency.
- Lead and model InterVarsity’s vision across campus communities.
- Build leadership teams and plan programs to achieve annual goals.
- Mobilize students and faculty to initiate new witnessing communities on campuses.
