Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our Terre Haute, Indiana facility. This executive role requires visionary leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for patient-centered care.

You will oversee clinical operations, staffing, regulatory compliance, and financial performance, driving quality outcomes and staff engagement. P&L responsibility and AI-tool familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in LNHA with clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, growth, and finances; AI tools preferred.
