Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Terre Haute facility, relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana, and guide the team through innovation and compassionate care. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, staff development, and financial stewardship within a values-driven, family-based organization.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools preferred.
