Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with a strong track record in skilled nursing facility operations. You will lead the facility with innovation, focusing on patient-centered care, financial stewardship, and staff development.

Requirements include an active LNHA license, 3+ years of facility leadership, and experience with P&L responsibility. AI tools experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the current state or willingness to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in LNHA with clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility; comfort with AI tools preferred.
