Ideal candidate has a current LNHA license, 3+ years SNF leadership, proven results in clinical quality and staff development, and comfort with AI tools to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current state or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success in LNHA role via clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
• Comfort with AI tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the facility through innovation and strong leadership.
• Drive clinical quality, regulatory compliance and performance outcomes.
• Oversee financial performance including P&L responsibilities.
