Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks an Executive Director/LNHA to provide visionary leadership for a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, IN. You will drive care quality, staff development, and community trust while steering strategic growth.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, finances, and regulatory compliance; fostering an engaged team and patient-centered care culture in a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current state or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and financial outcomes.
• Experience with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the skilled nursing facility with a focus on quality outcomes.
• Develop talent, drive engagement, and maintain strong stakeholder relations.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and P&L management.
