Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute, a family-based healthcare provider, seeks an Executive Director (LNHA) to lead a 176-bed facility in Terre Haute, IN. The role emphasizes vision-driven leadership, talent development, and accountability to deliver high-quality, person-centered care within a values-based culture.

The ideal candidate holds an active LNHA license, has at least 3 years of SNF leadership experience, and demonstrates strong financial acumen, team engagement, and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in LNHA leadership as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools preferred.
