Westminster Communities of Florida in Sarasota, FL is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Jefferson Center, delivering quality daily services to residents and leading a team.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to read financial statements, ensure compliance with HUD guidelines, and uphold all policies. This is a full-time, on-site position in a mission-driven elder-care environment.

Formación

• BA/BS in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years of successful management experience in property management; supervisory and administrative experience. Experience in the retirement industry preferred.
• Experience with HUD regulations preferred.
• Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Ability to read and understand financial statements.
• Must be a self-motivator with ability to set and carry out goals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the operation of the community.
• Oversee staff including selection, development, evaluation, and retention.
• Maintenance of all physical properties to keep them in good repair and operating condition.
• Facilitate positive liaison between residents, staff, and Management Services personnel.
• Prepare for and ensure the community meets internal and external audit standards.
