Qualifications

• Leadership experience in educational settings (schools, colleges, or universities).
• School or district administrative experience and classroom teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide RSU 48 through thoughtful, localized change.
• Act as a visionary strategist and organizer to advance the district’s mission.
• Communicate clearly, honestly, and effectively with the school board, staff, families, and the community.
• Oversee resources, budgeting, and PK–8 programs while supporting high-quality teaching and learning.
