Responsibilities

• Managing overall operation of the Hospital with accountability to the Governing Board.
• Reviewing and advising in annual budget preparation; supervising business affairs and expenditures.
• Recruiting, employing, and directing sufficient trained personnel.
• Submitting monthly reports and special requests to the Governing Body.
• Leading policy formulation with long/short-term plans and financial oversight.
• Attending Medical Staff meetings and coordinating with staff for patient care.
• Ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and communicating policies.
• Determining care scope and provider relationships (direct vs. contracted).
• Assessing patient flow, safety, and mitigation strategies.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
