Job summary

Haven Behavioral Healthcare, part of Oceans Healthcare, is seeking a Hospital Chief Executive Officer to lead the facility's services, departments, budget and strategic goals in line with the mission of care and regulatory standards.

The CEO will attract and retain talent, ensure adequate staffing, report to the governing board, and drive performance improvement while maintaining patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Services, Administration or related health care field.
• 3+ years in progressively responsible healthcare management positions, or 5+ years with a bachelor’s; or 10+ years in hospital administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations and ensure alignment with board goals.
• Review and advise on annual budget and financial performance.
• Recruit and manage professional and support staff.
• Submit monthly reports on professional service and financial activity.
• Develop long- and short-term plans and monitor funding and resources.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and federal/state regulations.
