Job summary

Camber is seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership and direction to all hospital services at our Wichita facility. You will ensure high-quality patient care, safe practices, and strong employee engagement while guiding an onsite leadership team to meet federal and state regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7 years in healthcare with at least 3 in senior leadership, plus licensure and accreditation expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, Public Health, or related field.
• 7 years in healthcare with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead licensure and accreditation efforts; financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations to achieve excellence in patient care outcomes and fiscal management.
• Lead licensure, accreditation (TJC, COA, CMS), and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Foster a trauma-sensitive environment and provide leadership guidance to department leaders.
• Champion inclusive recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to advance psychiatric treatment and system-wide improvements.
