Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with 7 years of relevant experience, including leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is recommended for optimal alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee operational areas within Arkansas Children’s behavioral health services.
• Lead business planning, execution of approved plans and ensure high quality program delivery.
• Collaborate with AC leaders and medical staff to integrate psychiatric and mental health services with acute medical care.
• Serve as administrative dyad to the child and adolescent division chief and the chief psychologist.
