Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
• Ability to foster collaboration and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software; willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set a welcoming, collaborative tone with students, colleagues, and partners.
• Promote and implement the College mission via policies and guidelines.
• Ensure academic and pedagogical quality of programs.
• Participate in hiring processes for adjunct and full-time staff.
• Oversee faculty and staff evaluations.
• Promote excellence in teaching, service, and professional growth.
• Address faculty and student issues and facilitate mediation as needed.
• Oversee assessment projects and use data to improve learning and teaching.
• Lead development and assessment of student learning outcomes and program reviews.
• Coordinate faculty advising and liaison with student support services.
• Manage budgeted equipment and supplies within guidelines.
• Represent the College to external partners and coordinate workspace allocation.
