Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience in homecare, healthcare, or community services.
• Strong background in strategic planning and organizational growth.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, Medicaid/Medicare programs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Diverse team leadership and inclusion-focused culture development.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership for operations, growth, and mission.
• Oversee day-to-day homecare and community service programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, funders, and regulators.
• Drive financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
• Champion quality improvement to enhance client care and impact.
• Represent the organization publicly as spokesperson and brand ambassador.
