Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and direction for Dominican, aligning short- and long-term goals.
• Engage a diverse set of stakeholders including administration, faculty, parents, students, and donors.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and major gifts campaigns to support the Dominican mission.
• Oversee the spiritual life and personal development of faculty and students.
• Manage day-to-day operations and collaborate with the Board Finance Committee for fiscal stability.
