Job description

About Dominican High School

Dominican High School (“Dominican”) was established through the vision and support of two neighboring parishes that recognized the need for a Catholic high school on Milwaukee’s North Shore. In partnership with the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa, the school was founded to provide students with a rigorous, college-preparatory education grounded in the Catholic faith and the Dominican tradition. Dominican welcomed its inaugural freshman class in the fall of 1956 and celebrated its first commencement in 1960.

Dominican is ranked the #1 Catholic, Co-Ed High School in Wisconsin by Niche and was awarded Exemplary Recognition from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee for Catholic Mission and Identity. Dominican was also awarded the AP School Platinum Honor Roll of Distinction.

At Dominican, every person is known, valued, and recognized as an important contributor to the success of the school community. From the moment students arrive as freshmen, they are invited to participate, lead, serve, and belong. They are encouraged to discover and share their God-given gifts, collaborate with others, and contribute to a mission larger than themselves.
