Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of senior leadership or CEO experience in behavioral health.
• Thorough knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations.
• Ability to lead crisis and inpatient behavioral health services.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with licensure, accreditation, and compliance.
• Financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Be instrumental in developing a culture that emphasizes high quality care and patient safety.
• Manage day-to-day operations and staff to achieve objectives across clinical, fiscal, and regulatory areas.
• Oversee contract negotiations and payer relationships for revenue growth.
• Lead development of continuum of care including outpatient and community programs.
• Ensure survey readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.
