LensCrafters is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead in absence of the Store Manager and act as a business owner within the marketplace. This role drives KPI performance, supports a strong sales culture, and partners with the Store Manager to develop the team.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of supervisory retail experience, strong English communication, and knowledge of store operations. The position requires flexibility, including nights and weekends, and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have strong command of the English language for all written and oral communication.
• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Demonstrated high-level selling skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality improvements to KPI metrics including sales and conversion.
• Lead and develop store team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance.
• Maintain positive relationships with doctors.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
