You will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop staff, maintain store appearance, and ensure adherence to policies while navigating a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
• Strong command of the English language for all written and oral communication.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Demonstrated selling skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities
