Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7+ years of Software engineering and solution architecture experience.
• 7+ years of Enterprise architecture and design patterns experience.
• 5+ years of Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• 5+ years of Data architecture experience (Event Driven & Real‑Time).
• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience preferred.
• Experience applying AI/ML concepts to engineering challenges.
• Deep knowledge of SRE principles, chaos engineering, observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and evangelize a bold technical vision for embedding AI and automated code transformation into the developer lifecycle.
• Decompose complex problems into practical, operational solutions.
• Ensure the quality of technical design and implementation.
• Serve as an expert on non‑functional system characteristics like performance, scalability & operability.
• Mentor engineers and inject advanced technical knowledge across the community.
• Manage multiple projects to maximize impact.
