Pepperl+Fuchs, Inc. in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Vision Systems Engineer to lead engineering projects and system integrations in automotive manufacturing settings. You will handle pre-sale evaluations, product demonstrations, and post-sale installations, with a focus on our Vision Machine Technic division.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of robotics and vision experience, strong VB/.NET/C++ skills, and solid TCP/IP networking knowledge. Travel up to 70% and a hands-on mentality are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience with robotic programming and vision applications in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong programming skills in VB, .NET and C++.
• Understanding and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (including some international travel).
