Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in East Longmeadow, MA is seeking a Vision Setting Operator. This role runs Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00am–3:30pm, operating 4 Vision Setting machines to set teeth on bi-metal material to precise specifications.

You will use micrometers, dial indicators, and hand tools to verify setup, balance, and conformance to ISO specs, with safety as a priority. High school diploma required; 1–2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of charts, specifications, and micrometers.
• 1-2 years experience preferred.
• Use of numbers including decimals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 4 Vision Setting machines to set teeth on bi-metal material to specs.
• Inspect with micrometer and other tools to ensure conformance to ISO specs.
• Perform TPM on equipment and report defects.
• Maintain safety and operate with proper safety equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
