Lighthouse Central Florida is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the administrative and operational functions of our Client Experience Team supporting vision rehabilitation and clinical services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• Prior management and leadership experience is required.
• 4+ years in rehabilitation and/or medical administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, budgeting, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Experience with client databases or healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain the Client Experience Team.
• Oversee client scheduling, communication, records, documentation, medical billing, and administrative processes.
• Monitor KPIs, service quality, operational performance, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, contractual, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage departmental budgeting, reporting, financial performance, and data analysis.
