  • Review medical forms and enter data into the Automated Student Health Record (ASHR) database daily.
  • Conduct outreach to families for students referred for treatment.
  • Communicate with community optometrists for additional information.
  • Utilize public databases to verify optometrist licensing.
  • Mail copies of completed E12 vision forms to school nurses.
  • Assist the Follow-up and Eyeglasses Unit with special projects as needed.

Education
