Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology is seeking a Business / Functional Analyst for their Berkley Heights, NJ office. This role focuses on driving functional discussions and aligning solutions with stakeholders using Vision Next expertise.

The successful candidate will lead requirements workshops, collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers, and own the test strategy for the team. We prefer candidates with strong Agile experience and a background in banking processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments (≥ 4 years).
• Hands-on experience with Vision Next or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payment/card processing flows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Vision Next SME, driving functional discussions.
• Lead requirements elicitation workshops.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
• Own test strategy and functional testing.
