Wissen Technology is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Banking background for a role based in New York, NY. The AVP/VP title indicates senior leadership responsibilities in business analysis and project coordination within a hybrid onsite environment.

The candidate will drive analysis activities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate stakeholders, and support governance in a fast-growing technical consulting setting, working with top-tier clients in finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Mandatory experience in the Banking domain.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders and tech teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and risk tracking.
• Support UAT planning, defect resolution, and solution design.
• Track sprint progress and communicate delivery status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project governance and stakeholder communications.
