• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

• Ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Experience leading product marketing and setting strategic direction for product portfolios.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.

• Develop and lead strategic execution of the premium portfolio of IOLs to achieve growth.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and customers to incorporate voice of the customer into plans.
• Lead forecast process with Demand Planning and manage budget for the portfolio.
