Johnson & Johnson in Irvine, CA is seeking a Manager of Product Management for the Vision team. This role leads strategic execution of the premium IOL portfolio, working with Field Sales and customers to translate voice of the customer into market-ready assets and campaigns.

You will forecast with Demand Planning, manage the portfolio budget, and align channels while supporting annual conferences and trainings. MBA is preferred; ophthalmology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dynamic business experience in Marketing, Sales, or related area.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device or healthcare regulated environment.
• Ophthalmology experience is preferred.
• Experience running medical device product lines and leading product marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• In alignment with the Senior Product Manager, develop and lead the strategic execution of the premium portfolio of IOLs to achieve growth and meet Business Plan.
• Work with Field Sales Organization and Customers to capture voice of the customer for Premium IOLs.
• Lead forecast process with Demand Planning and communicate rationale to leadership.
• Manage budget for the portfolio and ensure appropriate spending.
• Communicate critical information to Field Sales Organization and align channels and conferences.
• Support cross-functional markets in developing assets and campaigns; create training materials.
