Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Vision team in Irvine, CA seeks a Manager, Product Management to lead the premium IOL portfolio and drive growth aligned with the Business Plan. You will collaborate with Field Sales and customers to incorporate feedback and shape portfolio strategy, forecasting, and budgets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years in marketing or sales within healthcare, and ophthalmology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or related areas in healthcare is preferred.
• 2+ years in medical device or regulated healthcare environment is required.
• Ophthalmology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic execution of the premium portfolio of IOLs, to achieve growth and meet the business plan.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Organization and customers to capture voice of the customer into portfolio plans and strategies.
• Lead forecasting processes with Demand Planning and manage portfolio budget; communicate critical information across channels and conferences.
