Qualifications

• Advanced degree required or equivalent practical experience in AI/vision fields.
• Relevant publications or patents are a plus.
• Experience leading AI/vision projects across embedded, edge, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Vision Intelligence across CV, ML, and edge AI initiatives.
• Define and drive the roadmap for reusable Vision Intelligence capabilities across Oshkosh segments.
• Translate advanced AI research into practical, scalable product capabilities.
• Establish model development, validation, AI governance, and MLOps practices.
