Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager in Virginia who will lead an office, drive patient experiences, and manage P&L. The role emphasizes collaboration with doctors, staff, and partners to deliver exceptional eyecare in a fast-paced retail-like environment. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

The candidate will recruit and develop a high-performing team, oversee financial results, and ensure compliant HR practices while acting as a brand ambassador for MyEyeDr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in Retail/Hospitality preferred.
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Own the financial success of the office via KPI performance and operational oversight.
