Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an ophthalmic office, partnering with doctors and support teams to deliver a personalized eyecare experience.

You will own patient experiences, financial P&L, team performance, and office operations while serving as the brand ambassador in the community. As Office Leader you will recruit, train, coach, and mentor staff, drive KPI performance, ensure HR compliance, and maintain an exceptional service standard, with some evening and weekend shifts

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management role (Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred).
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a purpose-driven team through recruitment and onboarding, plus ongoing training.
• Directly responsible for financial success through KPI-driven performance.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office support, and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver KPI results with strong coaching and execution of patient experiences.
