Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Woodstock, GA seeks an Optical Department Leader to drive sales via merchandizing, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight and seasonal execution. You will forecast trends, align assortments to community needs, and enhance brand presence through local outreach.

Qualifications

Two or more years of college completed.
At least 1 year of retail experience with supervisory exposure.
At least 1 year of optical experience and high school diploma or equivalent.
ABO certification to practice in Vision Center.
Eligible to work in the Vision Center environment.

Responsibilities

Leads department sales growth through merchandising, pricing and inventory oversight.
Forecasts sales trends and aligns assortments to customer needs.
Oversees optical measurements, fittings and contact lens instruction under supervision.
Ensures HIPAA-compliant records and maintains equipment calibration.
Leads and coaches the optical team, manages performance and development.
