Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 2+ years of college.
• 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience, including 1 year’s optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Active licensure/registration and ABO where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee optical measurements and fittings under supervision.
• Coordinate eyewear and contact lens orders and labs.
• Lead and develop the optical team through training and performance management.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records.
