Walmart Vision Center in Franklin, IN seeks an optical leader to drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, signing, stock and inventory control while forecasting trends and assessing community needs. The role guides associates on customer service, ensures policy compliance, and leads development through training and mentoring while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Competenze

• Minimum Qualifications: Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience OR 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Mansioni

• Drives sales in the Vision Center through effective merchandising, pricing, signing, and inventory management.
• Models and enforces customer service approaches to resolve Member/Customer needs and issues.
• Oversees community outreach programs and encourages associates to engage with the community.
• Ensures compliance with policies, asset protection, safety, and confidentiality of information.
• Provides supervision, development, and mentoring of Vision Center associates.
