Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of college or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Retail experience with supervisory responsibilities is valued.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician/apprentice as per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Associates on customer service in the Vision Center.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing, signing, and stock levels are accurate.
• Oversee asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews.
• Provide training and development opportunities for Vision Center staff.
• Consult with Members to ensure quality eyewear and accurate prescriptions.
